After finishing my MA and PhD (Mathematics) from Syracuse, I moved to New Brunswick, Canada, where I taught in the Mathematics & Computer Science Department at Mount Allison University from 1971-2008. In addition to teaching courses in both mathematics and computer science, I also taught business courses (MIS, Management Information Systems , Electronic Commerce) for the Mount Allison Commerce Dept. In 1980, I was the the coach of Mount Allison Women's Volleyball team for one year and in 2001 I used a sabbatical leave to return to the classroom as a student (Master of Electronic Commerce, Dalhousie University), graduating as the oldest [age 60] student in the School of Computer Science.
Although I am "retired," I continued to teach "part time" in Mathematics as well as Computer Science for 7 years past my retirement.
