Brouse McDowell, a business law firm based in Northeast Ohio, is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2019, David Sporar was elected as a partner in the firm.
Sporar is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide range of matters in both state and federal courts that predominantly involve business disputes, including breach of contract, business competition, trade secrets, intellectual property, insurance recovery, labor and employment, and appeals. Sporar also has represented clients in disputes involving real estate, title insurance, oil and gas interests, and civil rights. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy A. Vecchiarelli, United States Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Sporar earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010 and his B.A. from Hiram College in 2003.
