NEH Challenge Grant
Hiram College’s Lindsay-Crane Center for Writing and Literature is closing in on the final year of its NEH Challenge Grant. This year, the Center has been challenged to raise $60,000 by July 31, 2017. Donations to the Lindsay-Crane Center support programming and projects like the community reading program, which brings together students, faculty, staff, area residents, and high school students to discuss the themes and lessons from a common reading. In addition, gifts made to the Lindsay-Crane Center support the annual teach-in; lectures from renowned poets, novelists, and columnists; and distinctive opportunities for students and area residents to learn about creative writing and literature. To help the Lindsay-Crane Center meet this challenge, visit the button below and select “Hiram Fund” then “Other.”  Then enter “Lindsay-Crane” in the notes section.  Gifts via telephone are accepted at 800.705.5050.
